Podcast search tools
Wow a great way to find podcasts and their applications. Im having moments of illumination of what can actually be done to provide access, educate and use this technology for Library purposes. Already being done by Jessie and Marg, however can see the benefits of producing for my school in conjunction with academics in 2009
How to apply this technology in a library setting
This YouTube video is on the mark for referencing information and something we could think about doing for our online referencing page. The design of the video is simple question and answer format and easy to understand. Its like having one to one advice on why and how to reference. May work well with visual learners.
Found this old video on You Tube of our holiday in Bendigo a few years ago. Im suprised it is still available.

Week 8 - Online Applications and Tools
Web2 Awards List
Had a browse thru the Web2 awards list and looked at Picnik. Put in a photo and edited it. It is easy to use and good for that quick fix, resize or change colour, sharpness, saturation etc. I still prefer photoshop though. But seeing as this is freeware its good to be able to edit ones photos without having to pay for a program.
This photo is a result of my playing around. See you next week
